To ensure timely delivery, all orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of the date the order was placed. Please note that shipping times may be affected by observed holidays or extreme weather events (such as hurricanes) that may require a temporary closure of our store locations. In such events, we will work to resume normal shipping operations as quickly as possible.

If a return is requested for reasons beyond our control, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Once the item has been received and inspected at our facility, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
In the event that a return is necessary due to an error on our part, such as a product defect or a misshipment, we will provide a call tag for the return of the item at no cost to you. Once the item is received back at our store, a refund for the purchase price will be issued to your original form of payment.
