One-Punch Man Hellish Blizzard Figure

Hellish Blizzard, also known as Fubuki, is a supporting character from the One-Punch Man series. She is the younger sister of Tatsumaki and is the leader of the Blizzard Group. She, like her older sister, is an Esper who can use psychokinesis to throw objects at her target.
